Burnley Boss Brian Laws Eyeing Second Loan Move For Chelsea Kid Jack Cork

Burnley manager Brian Laws has asked Chelsea to let him take Jack Cork on loan for a second spell after snapping up Dean Marney for £500,000.

Laws is also hopeful of bringing in Wolves goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey and striker Chris Iwelumo as part of the £6.5million deal that takes Steven Fletcher to Molineux - although Birmingham and Blackburn remain keen on Fletcher.

Marney, 26, signed a three-year deal last night after agreeing to switch from relegated Hull City.

And Laws wants Cork to return to Turf Moor where he played 11 times but failed to stop Burnley dropping out of the Premier League last season.

Scotland international Fletcher, 23, is to hold talks with Wolves and Mick McCarthy is willing to let Burnley have Scotland striker Chris Iwelumo and goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey on season-long loan deals.
